Publisher Specs & Approval Processes
Certain publishers may require that advertisers go through an approval process prior to targeting their inventory. Deals that require publisher approval will be noted in the ‘Publisher Approval Required’ column of the Deals table in the ‘Inventory’ tab. To initiate an approval, reach out through the Help Center. Approval times may vary greatly by publisher and it is recommend to reach out to start the approval process at least one week prior to campaign launch.
Once a creative is approved for a specific publisher, it will be displayed in the ‘Approved for:’ field
Disney Approval:
For all properties owned by Disney, including Disney XP, Hulu, ESPN, ABC & more, there is an approval process that will require both the brand be safe-listed and the creatives be QAed by the Disney team to ensure that they meet all of the specifications for the targeted inventory. Ads that do not complete this process will not be allowed to run on these deals. Before starting the approval process, please carefully read through the specs for the publisher of interest and verify that all tags meet the publisher’s requirements:
